The Harmony Tree was started by Shilpa in 2016 drawing from her extensive background in education, including a notable tenure at the Rewachand Bhojwani Academy.
A specialist in the formative years of learning, she possesses a profound understanding of the unique needs and potential of young minds. She extends her influence as a teacher trainer and mentor, leaving an indelible mark on the educational landscape.
She leads The Harmony Tree family with an open mind to make the learning meaningful and magical for every student.

Roshan Dhariwala
Centre Head, Sopan Baug
I have spent 13 years in Radio FM Business, leading a creative team across Maharashtra. Following this, I co-founded her play area in Koregaon Park, Pune. I have also consulted as an International Study Counsellor, placing students in the various universities across the world. I bring organizational, leadership & collaborative skills as an asset to The Harmony Tree. When not working, you will find me in the gym.

As the Administrative Head at The Harmony Tree, I oversee and manages Office administration. Transitioning from a decade in the IT services industry followed my true calling in child education. I have done Diploma in Child Education and Psychology & in School Administration. I love spending quality time with my pets and enjoys different genres of music, along with a love for cooking.
